Research Interests

Anusha is an Earth Observation Researcher with a Master’s degree in Biodiversity and Conservation. She’s new in the field of GIS and Remote Sensing and has worked upon Forest cover change analysis along with monitoring land use and land cover changes of different forest types. She has also worked upon wetland analysis highlighting the density of waterbodies in protected areas. She has conducted campaigns about air pollution and importance of plants aiding in reduction of indoor air pollution. She is passionate about studying ecological interactions in forests via applications of various techniques including remote sensing and GIS to come up with prophylactic policies to conserve these areas.
